Heating or Air Conditioning Repair Guarantee*
We guarantee that repairs on your heating or air conditioning equipment are fixed right the first time. If the same repair fails during the season we will repair it again absolutely free “restrictions apply”.
Plumbing Service and Repair Guarantee*
We guarantee that if any repair fails in the first year we will repair it again absolutely free, excluding drain stoppages “restrictions apply”.
Equipment & Fixture Guarantee*
We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment surrounded by normal use should fail within our written warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you “restrictions apply”.
*Certain equipment requires yearly maintenance. “Per manufacturer specifications certain equipment requires yearly maintenance to insure your guarantee is not voided.”
EQUIPMENT SIZE GUARANTEE*
You, the customer, do not have to bear the responsibility of determining the correct equipment size and installation procedures. The product(s) installed will cool/heat your home to your satisfaction, or be replaced or modified, at no charge*.
LIFETIME DUCT WARRANTY*
We are so confident in the quality of our duct material and the high standards our “Superior Technician” training program has created, that we give you a “lifetime guarantee” on any duct system we install for as long as you own your home, provided you properly maintain surrounding areas and there is no external cause of damage*.
PROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE*
Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear floor savers, clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If, when they are finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, please contact our office for assistance.
